This is the program that we recommend 80% of clients follow as the starting place to frame out an eating + training program that works in the context of real life. Here, we unpack + implement the keystone habits of week planning + meal prepping (including meal plans and grocery carts), mindset, re-charge, fuel (nutrition), and activity/training. You take the elements of this program and make it yours over the course of 90+ days.

Fit for Life.

This (hybrid) program runs in 12 week blocks and is “phased” throughout the course of the calendar year. Here, you’ll see an increasing degree of specificity in regard to nutrition + training, ranging from building a general fitness base, to weight loss, endurance, and then a hypertrophy/muscle building block leading into the holidays. In this program, we implement a different fuel (nutrition) tweak weekly to find what works best for clients, individually.

Dominate.

Fire breathers ONLY…this (face to face) program is designed for competitive athletes/professionals in preparation for an upcoming event or competition(s). In the world of 5aweek, this is referred to as Olympic-Power-Building and is synthesized from some of THE best coaches, gyms, and clinics in the country.
